Boxes leave our Hyderabad workshop within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Metro deliveries arrive in 3–5 working days, the rest of India in 4–7.

Complimentary on orders above ₹350. Below that, a flat ₹60 handling and courier fee applies at checkout.

Yes, to over 40 countries by tracked international courier, typically 7–14 working days. Import duties, where applicable, are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in the order total.

You'll get a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is handed to the courier — or check its status any time from your orders page.

Write to us as soon as possible — if it hasn't left the workshop yet, we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped, our returns policy applies instead.

Return requests can be raised only if the product arrives damaged. Write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product.

The outer box is FSC board with gold foil, the inner sleeve is unbleached kraft. Everything except the foil is home-compostable.

Pale grey and low-falling, unlike charcoal ash. Sweep it into your compost or simply discard it — there's nothing synthetic left behind.
